DO YOU OFFER A WELCOME DISCOUNT
ODDCIRCUS offers a welcome 10% off code on first purchases when signing up to our newsletter and joining us.To redeem the discount, apply the code at checkout. Valid on all products.

All prices are charged in AUD.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
We understand these things happen. Please fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us know where you need the order to go.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED
If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST. If your item is a pre-order item, please see the information on the product page for when the product is expected to be shipped.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS - which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, please look in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they end up in there.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
Yes, we offer 14 business day returns on all items. Please contact us here to get in touch about your request. See our Returns Policy page to find out if you are eligible.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN
As soon as we receive your return back into our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your return and your accounts to be credited.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I MAKE AN ORDER BEFORE A SALE
If your order is made within two business days of the sale we will give you a refund to meet the sale item. If your order is outside of this window we are unable to give you any discount or refund.
